CypherTux is a personal lab. Cryptography, Bitcoin, security, hostile corners of decentralized systems. One operator. A domain. A key. Code that ships broken before it ships pretty. Not a product company. Not a protocol church. Not a media brand wearing a hoodie.

In an open network, privacy needs mathematics. Terms of service are weather. Platforms rotate policies the way casinos rotate carpets. If a channel matters, encrypt. If a claim matters, verify. If an identity matters, demand a key you can check against a domain you control, not a screenshot from a feed.

We publish work you can open: notes, long pieces, repositories, ugly testnet toys, explorers, half-finished experiments. Some of it is serious. Some of it is a joke with teeth. All of it is meant to be inspected, forked, contradicted, or ignored. Belief is cheap. Reproduction is not.

Public writing can stay public. That is the point of publishing. Private talk is different. Private talk goes to Matrix or to encrypted mail at contact@cyphertux.net. The OpenPGP key served from this domain is the identity. Handles are decorations. Followers are weather. Screenshots are gossip.

Cypherpunks write code. We mean that literally. Manifestos without tools are fan fiction. Tools without skepticism are products. This lab tries to stay on the ugly side of that line: ship imperfect crypto-shaped things, admit when they fail, refuse to grow by farming attention or wiring surveillance into the page.

No tracker-first funnel. No engagement machine dressed as community. No roadmap cosplay. If you came to read, verify, or break something, you are in the right room. If you need a narrative deck, a partnership PDF, or a vibe, leave. The door does not lock. It also does not owe you a story.

Do not trust this page. Fetch the key. Check the Web Key Directory. Read the source. Reproduce what you care about. The only honest cypherpunk posture left on a commercial web is small, keyed, and slightly rude to anyone selling certainty.
